Ryan is 6 weeks old now and that also means that we have made it through 6 weeks of deployment. There has been some rough words but just the stress of missing each other. I know our family cannot wait to be re-united again but we have in faith in God and he alone will help us get through this sacrifice. Its funny how many times God reminds you just how short life is and who should be important in life. To many times we all lose focus on what really matters and then God throws in a wake up call. I have recently had another wake up call to re-focus and rearrange my priorities.
Marissa- I love you and am so proud to call you my wife.
Jacob- You are the man of the house and have done a good job holding the title. I constantly hear how well you are behaving and how much help you give mom.
Matthew- My little guy. We have a very unique bond and I think we both know it.
Ryan- I wish so badly to meet you and hold you. I trust God will make the time go by until I can hold you in my arms.
